Check TW’s before reading. This book sucked me in from the very first page. It’s fast paced, dark, and spicy. Complex characters with incredible development. I loved this book.

The more dark books I read the less I enjoy white picket fence romances. They're okay but they don't resonate anymore they don't keep you up at night wondering if you're okay for thinking the male protagonists warped reasons made a lot of sense. I'm still stuck on Violet serving him coffee for six years and him not being able to identify her if his life depended on it to complete obsession. I love how in his head Vaughn is the filthiest human (no denying that ) while he breaks in to her room and sleeps under her bed. He could have just dated her like a normal person but a rich business man dating his secretary wouldn't have made an interesting story would it now?

i’m sorry but this book was funny af 😭he was loosing his mind over the idea of another guy looking at her meanwhile he’s breaking into her home in the middle of the night, prancing around, digging in her drawers, eating her fruit 😭😭 LMAOOO and that epilogue😳😳???
