Kelley Armstrong wow-ed me again with this addicting story! 

Omens is an excellent read by Kelley Armstrong that is definitely a change in scenery for her. This book is not like the Otherworld novels, but is written perfectly just like them! There was lots of mystery and suspense and I'm already dying to get my hands on the next novel in the series!

Kelley Armstrong needs to keep up the great work and make a lot more books! Soon I will run out of reading material by her and I'm totally obsessed with her! 

Overall, I loved it! I want more! And now!

I would recommend it this novel to anyone interested in: paranormal, fantasy, mystery and suspense, fast moving plots, and fiction that is addicting,

It took me forever to finish this book and I wish I knew why because I enjoyed every minute I was reading it. I've already begun to learn that Armstrong is an excellent writer, but every time I read one of her books I get absorbed into the story and this one was no different. I'm just upset I've only gotten the first of the series out of the library because now I have to hope the second one is still available.

I enjoy a book where the fantasy elements of the story are simply hinted at. This is an urban fantasy book where the world inhabited by the characters is as close to ours as possible. I loved the seeing omens thing Olivia had because we all have out silly superstitions and it was interesting to see how they could be interpreted.

I will definitely be checking out the full series on this one because I've enjoyed it

Could not put it down. I love that this book is a mystery that still manages to capture Armstrong's paranormal aspects. I was worried at first because Women of the Otherworld is my favorite series, but Omens was a nice change of pace.

Thus Olivia finds herself living in the little town of Cainesville, working at a diner and investigating the last two murders her parents where suppose to have committed with the aid of her mother's appeal lawyer, Gabriel Walsh, who is also from Cainesville. And to add to the confusion Olivia is feeling, she is seeing 'omens' in everything going on around her. However, no one in Cainesville seems to think that is as odd as Olivia/Eden does.

The storyline is fascinating and her growing on-again-off-again relationship with Gabriel Walsh is half fascinating, half frustrating. And what makes Cainesville so different from other towns, other than the multitude of gargoyles? From ravens to poppies to mind control, Olivia's journey of discovery and self-discovery make a great read. You want to find out exactly what happened to her parents. Kelley Armstrong's new town of Cainesville is intriguing and I can't wait to read the next book. in the series.

This is the very first book by Kelley Armstrong I have read. I have always wanted to read her books because all my friends kept telling me how awesome her books are.

Anyways I read Omens this weekend and I absolutely loved it. It is very well written and I just couldn't put it down.

If you are a fan of Kelley Armstrong I think you will love this one.
