Reviews

Rating: 3 Stars ★★★ HI BOOKLOVERS, I don't how to feels about this book. Maybe because it the first book I read on this Series or it is because I'm not familiar with Jessica Clare's writing yet or I just didn't put my heart 100% like I did every time I read. But the book is readable, and it's funny and I like how the Heroin is not the typical hero we read in every romance book. I still enjoy reading it. So yeah! Recommended! :) xoxo. Kath!

OOOOH, i've loved this series from the moment i started the first book. They're sooo lovely

Find this review and more at kimberlyfaye reads. I'm not even gonna lie, I was waiting for Cade's story and this book since I read The Wrong Billionaire's Bed. Now, I didn't LOVE him in that book. I was intrigued by him but I didn't like him as a match for Audrey. That said, I couldn't wait until he got his own story and perfect match. We all knew it wasn't going to be Daphne. (A character I flat-out LOATHED. I don't think there's any redeeming her in my eyes either.) This book was everything I wanted and more. There was so much to love about it. I have to start with Kylie. I freaking loved Kylie. She was such a great character and she was someone I could relate to. Plus, I love seeing curvy girls getting some love, too and not part of a "let's fix her to make her lovable" storyline. Those make me rage. This one obviously did not. She was sassy, smart and sweet. How she put up with Daphne's antics I'll never understand. (Of course, as I said above I LOATHE Daphne, so I can't understand how or why ANYONE would put up with her. But I digress.) I hated how Daphne treated her (and everyone else around her) but I appreciated how she would stand up for herself in the moments when she could. Cade was such a perfect match for Kylie. I absolutely adored these two together. And I found Cade a whole lot more interesting in this book than the other, too. He was a really good guy pulled into a terrible situation with a woman who just flat-out wasn't worth the effort. (UGH DAPHNE.) I loved the spark he and Kylie had when they first met, but I was concerned we would get into an annoying love triangle situation here once Daphne realized someone was taking Cade's affections away from her. Thankfully, despite her best (worst?) efforts, it never came down to that. Kylie was "IT" for Cade and it was apparent in his every action. Which, as you probably know, is one of my favorite things that can happen with a hero when I'm reading. I'm not going to dive deep into the storyline here or really say a whole lot more. The bottom line with One Night with a Billionaire is that it was a great read. It was romantic, sexy and funny. Sure, I wanted to strangle a character (*cough* Daphne *cough*) because she was such an obnoxious person, but she was easy enough to overlook in favor of Kylie and Cade. Despite her efforts to push herself to the forefront of the story and back into Cade's heart, she just couldn't compete with Kylie. (Woo hoo!) This was the perfect ending to the full-length books in the Billionaire Boys Club series and it's probably no surprise that it was also my favorite. Kylie and Cade gave me all the big heart eyes. I received a copy of this book from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.
