Meh... not my favorite. But I probably will continue the series.

This wasn't as funny as the first book, but it still kept me involved. There was a lot of plot progression, but not a massive amount of character development. We get to know more about Morganville, and about Shane's past, but it was hard to feel very empathetic as he was absent through a large chunk of the book. This series is very episodic, which makes it hard to put down. It's fluff. But it's fun fluff.

The Dead Girl' Dance, being the second book from the series wasn't pretty bad.. The book just if full of drama!!! For example, at the party... was just spelling out D A T E R A P E ! like i knew it as soon as the 4 roommates (Claire, Michael, Eve and Shane) walked in the frat house. I liked this book because we met Sam. Sam is just an awesome character because he's so sweet and kind and still has that human aspect to him, even though he's a vampire (he just got turned a while back). They're a lot of surprises in this book, some good some bad, but I wont tell you because I want YOU to read it for yourself! Trust me, this series is amazing!
