I accidentally bought Hangman first, read the first chapter then put it straight down and ordered Ragdoll.
What a rollercoaster. A gritty crime drama following Wolf who is chasing after a killer with a strange motive and calling card. 
I loved so much about this book. If you’re a fan of Luther and BBC crime dramas you’ll love this - I wasn’t surprised to read that it was actually written as a TV show screenplay. But unlike other screenplay turned novels, it was full of colourful descriptions which really paint an amazing picture.
My only negative was the ending. I wasn’t sure... but now onto Hangman!

A slow burn until the final 100 pages when everything flips and motors ahead. Wouldn't re-read but did have enjoyable moments, and I would definitely consider reading the second installment.
