I really like that it's a story that centers on Leia and features other strong female characters. It's not as epic as Timothy Zahn's book, but it was still a fun read. Great to see Leia kicking some butt!

When they are forced to seek refuge in a territory controlled by pirates, Leia learns that the pirates are survivors from her home planet--which has been recently destroyed by the Death Star--who would gladly ransom her to the Empire.

Kind of a mediocre book. Picked up at the end, but was such a small story.
