Robert Paul was physically abused by his mother and her assorted boyfriends from the age of two till seven! His angels were his loving grandmother and Aunt Betty. Growing up in a small town in New Mexico was heaven as much as it was hell! Living like a vagabond, in shame, hiding his troubles deep inside, while keeping his mother a bay was a daily struggle! Suddenly, little Robert was uprooted to Los Angeles and thrust into an overwhelming new world! His mother (Lucinda) cruelly tormented him as he tried to make sense of his existence! With nowhere to run, he turned to drugs and alcohol for comfort. Follow Robert Paul's amazing climb from a horribly abused child to a still troubled young man!
