I was a bit surprised that it was basically insta-love but I didn't mind it too much. I decided on 3 stars because the huge drama this was supposed to be the huge climactic drama of the story was very fast-paced and I didn't see the point of it being in the plot since it felt like it was over and resolved a second after it started. It was an Okay read for me and I'll probably continue with the second book.

Such a fun read. If you like Alpha males, you’d definitely like this book. Gave it a 4 star because Drake’s attitude & way of handling situations kinda threw me off at the end. But other than that, it’s a very steamy and romantic read that made me swoon at times.
