If you ignore the fact that they questioned this woman because her husband was murdered and her circumstances were a little sketchy and she responded by completely going off the grid, this book is good. I just found it a LITTLE dramatic to go to the lengths she did (spoiler ish alert: she quite literally almost dies). But besides that this one is suspenseful and twisty and I really enjoyed those aspects. At one point in the book I wondered if I should switch careers and then realized that I am in no way cut out for that role but I was enjoying it so much I was trying put myself in the main characters shoes. Highly recommend and really enjoyed the audio version of this one.

A really fun cut and dry thriller novel, there's just some genres I don't get sick of and thriller is no exception, a married couple who specialize in security, a murder occurs, false accusations happen and the wife has to go on the run and try and solve this murder case to abdicate herself.
It was really easy to read, fast pacing, kept me interested and before I knew it I was done! I found the killer to be quite predictable however and the ending did disappoint me to a degree but overall it was a good novel to read on a rainy night over a glass of merlot.

Plot was predictable but the pacing was good and the back story was unique enough to read until the end.
