Mystery of the Egyptian Amulet

Scarab amulets are disappearing all over the town of Thebes. People say they're being eaten by ghosts. 12-year-old Zet, however, is sure a group of clever thieves is behind it all. He's determined to uncover the truth. Meanwhile at Zet's family pottery stall, special orders have gone missing. With angry customers on their hands, his family reputation is going downhill fast. When Zet learns his best friend has been captured, the investigation becomes a race against time. He needs to stop the jewel thieves, before the curse destroys them all.
