Rating: ★★✬☆☆ (2.5/5 Stars) Title: A Valiant Prince Author(s): SE Rose Character(s): ― Susanna: ― ― Logan Winters: Blue Eyed Setting: ― Tag(s): Romance, Contemporary Content Rating: ― POV: First Person (Hero) Smexy Level: ― Favorite Quote(s): N/A Overall Opinion: To start things off, I didn’t realize this was book II of the The Poisoned Pawn Duet series and for obvious reasons, this wouldn’t be considered a standalone. From page one I was completely lost as to who the characters were, Princess Susanna and Prince Logan possible romantic relationship, and who was out to get them. There were no author notes nor disclaimer stating this, and due to me being unaware the “A Valiant Prince” was the sequel of the “The Fierce Princess”, it was a no brainer that I decided to drop this later to pick it back up later once reading the first novel. From what I have read so far, “A Valiant Prince” seems like a promising read and I look forward to re-reading this back again in the future.
