Feast of the 7 Fishes A Chantelle McBride Mystery
Noted cookbook author Chantelle McBride has house guests for the holidays. Her family has also gathered for the Christmas Eve Feast of the 7 FIshes, which she has made into just one dish--bouillabaisse. After the meal (but before essert) everyone decides they'd like to sit in the hot tub, so they all go change into their swimsuits. WHen everyone returns, one person is missing--Riley Moore, the wife of Chantelle's magazine publisher, Martin Moore. Martin goes to check on her and finds her dead--strangled by he scarf she was wearing. The problem is, everyone has an alibi. The police finally arrest Martin, but Chantelle is certain he didn't do it, so with the help of her computer savvy son, Marco, she sets out to discover the real killer. Food is a close second to mystery in Chantelle's series, so be prepared to find lots of recipes at the end of most chapters.
