kenji kishimoto is the love of my life

*3.5

I love this one because its only Kenji

I literally love Kenji so much. And the Kenji and Nazeera content was very good. I’m sad that I have officially finished the entire series for the first time. It was the last book I had to read for the series and now it’s over.:(

Shadow Me: 3.25 stars Reveal Me: 4.25 stars

This book has content warnings for mentions of panic attacks and PTSD. Shadow Me 3/5 stars I wasn't the biggest fan of this novella. I just don't get the point of it. It's just the end of Restore Me but from Kenji's perspective but it doesn't really add anything new. The only reason I'm glad I read this book is that it's been a while since I read Restore Me and I needed a refresher before going into Defy Me. I've always recommended reading the novella's in this series but honestly, you can skip this one if you don't want to read it. Reveal Me 3/5 stars I want to rate this novella higher because this was a really exciting novella but everything that happens in this just felt so important and like it needed to be in a main book and therefore I have a feeling this novella is going to be just as pointless as the previous one. I feel like most of the things that happened in this is just going to be repeated in the next book and this is just useless again. I don't know. It just feels like a preview to the next book instead of a novella. This even ends on a cliffhanger. I wouldn't be shocked if this would just be copy pasted into Imagine Me. It did get me excited for that book though because what happened in this is very interesting and I can't wait to see how it all plays out.

i only read this to be done with the series. i wish she had never continued it. ughhh

3.5/5 stars, love Kenji but I think there could of been more in this novella
