A Dangerous Affair

When her mother falls seriously ill, Isobel Wokingham knows she must reach her father. She sets off on the dangerous journey to York to find him, but along the way she and her servant are attacked by robbers. Fortunately, they are rescued by a group of cavaliers. But this incident is to change her whole life.
