Concierge, Inc. is a network of agencies who provide services to criminal organizations. One man, Garrote, is transferred to San Diego to train and two younger partners, Caroline and Eli, who are best friends and romantically involved. The story follows their adventures in solving the mystery of who is supporting organ traffickers, helped by colorful friends, while the three of them also build a romance.
