Working with JOT 18 Months on Qualitative Research in Former Option 1 Pilot Districts

In April 2006, Jobcentre Plus rolled out the Job Outcome Target (JOT) performance measurement system across all Jobcentre Plus districts. The text examines the findings of the research which was carried out to determine whether or not JOT is working as intended in the areas used for pilot study.
