This one left a lot of plot holes, but I like it for what Kinsey accomplished. I think that real investigations don't answer all of the questions, so why should a book? It was a nice change in pace from the previous novels, with twists and turns. I like the character development of Kinsey, where she acts without thinking and cannot fix it, forever stuck with the weight of that decision. Kinsey is a well rounded character in my mind. She isn't chasing after men or worrying about her appearance every two pages. I am currently marathon listening to this series for that reason. It's so refreshing compared to the cozy mystery subgenre.
