Superman Earth One

They achieved their goal with the story I think - it's very accessible to anyone who has never read a Superman story before. It's also a good modern retelling. It's basically DC's answer to Marvel's Ultimate universe. However the art was kinda average. Sometimes it was fantastic, other times it was "meh". I would buy a book 2 if they ever put it out though.

I really liked this one - the graphics are stunning and there is always room in my life for a return to the 'Kent leaves home for the big city' adventure again. Definitely recommended for the Super-fans! :)

Great pacing and beautiful art. Some of the writing came off as a little cheesy but in all I really liked this fresh take on the early days of the 'man of tomorrow.'
