Taken by Fire

Melanie Milan and her malevolent sister, Phoebe, are forced to share a body due to a genetic mutation and Melanie is forced to watch as Phoebe uses her pyrokinetic skills to help an evil organization with plans for world domination, but a rival agent arrives on scene with a mission to eliminate Phoebe, unaware that the woman he has been sent to kill is no t the fire-starter he was told about.
