Ten Things I Love About You was a truly emotional and provacative story, that definitely had me asking certain question and get involved into the tender love story and riveting characters that came alive off of the page. Annabel has been put in a terrible position from not knowing which choice would be better for her and her family and the future, but starts to question herself the one question whether or not she deserves to be happy. This powerful story takes Annabel on a journey of discovery and love and passion, and finding one's self. Annabel is forthright, opinionated and beautiful, but yearns for love not to be used to breed children, she wants something much more out of life, and knows that Sebastian can give her all that she has hoped and dreamed for. I found Ten Things I Love About You to be a emotional roller coaster with these two characters, that have had unhappy lives, but dream of happiness they see in others that surround them, that have found love and managed to hold onto it. I just loved how well Julia Quinn portrayed these characters and how real they seemed to be to this reader, and how it made me laugh, dance and cry, to be so immersed in the story I felt as if I was a part of this wondeful love story, filled with mystery and passion.

Not as good as Quinn's other books, but still a fun read. This one seemed to be missing a lot of the wit that's Quinn's trademark. Annabel and Sebastian are fantastic characters and while their banter was good, it wasn't great. But! A sub-par Julia Quinn novel is still really quite good!

This was bonkers. 2 star read but add an extra star for the sheer audacity of Quinn to write this book is impressive. 

I didn't like it, but damn I can admire it for what it is. If a historical regency romance almost has a Weekend at Bernie's scene but twists at the last moment, but you still wish it went full Weekend at Bernie's and, more to the point, it's plausible. You gotta give it props.

The romance: ehhh I couldn't feel the passion, they seemed more like good friends than lovers. Kinda instalust never understood why they "loved" each other
Banter: So much good banter-it wasn't flirtatious but it was enjoyable. There were some great one-liners
The plot: omg. this plot was a trainwreck. There were multiple threads put out and some caught and some dangled. 

Will I reread? nope. Will I ever forget it? Not a chance

I liked this book a lot, but at the ending things started to seem pretty boring and different from the beginning I was liking. I loved the characters, especially Sebastian, I am completely in love with him.

Vanessa Bintou

The last book of the trilogy and the perfect end to the series. This is Sebastian's story. The cousin of Harry and very funny protagonist of a reading that took place in the second book. 
Once again the story was charming, funny and the protagonists very likeable. There were some scenes filled with tension, especially at the end of the book, that even though I knew everything would be ok, I was very anxious! 
I like how, despite the fact that this is a different trilogy, we meet/hear about old beloved characters, like the Bridgertons. It would be lovely if The Bridgertons series on Netflix, had some cameos of characters from her other series. 

ps. I want to read Miss Butterworth and the Mad Baron and the rest of that series.

Sebastian is SUCH a charmer, I loved him. And I loved the fact that he’s the author of all the scandalous romances these Julia Quinn characters have been reading!
