Not as great as Going Postal, but still a relatively light hearted read with undertones of conspiracy.

I alternated between giving this two and three stars. In the end, I went with three because it is a very serviceable book, even entertaining, it’s just that it feels like a missed opportunity. There’s really less here about banking than there is about fiat money—not surprising, given the title, but banking feels like a subject that would have benefited greatly from Pratchett’s sardonic gaze.
