My daughter makes me read this one often and while I don't particularly care for it after the 400th time, she does and that's what matters. And really, these books are such fun to read sometimes and she has learned so many new words from various Dr. Seuss books.

The Cat in the Hat by Dr. Seuss This is one of, if not the best children's book ever, in the world. It was something I loved when I was younger, but it's still loved today. I volunteer at a local primary school, and this story was met by excitement and then complete silence while I read the book. This has always been and will always be a children's classic.

not sure when I read this, so set for today

** spoiler alert ** It was my childhood <3

When your friend comes over with eight Dr. Seuss books, you read them. Everyone knows this one, it is probably his best work. Cat in the Hat. The Cat that comes over, ruins your house, gives your pet fish a heart attack and let's your kids do whatever they want because you aren't home. Lots of rhymes. Lots of funny. Lots of things that hop like a bunny.. I'm stopping. I am not a Seuss. I wish I was a Seuss. Then I could only talk in rhymes, which would be kind of fun.

Li este livro em inglês. Foi escrito em verso, e é muito interessante e divertido, contendo ilustrações. Recomendo para quem quiser iniciar a sua leitura em inglês!

You can keep your Green Eggs and Ham because this was my favorite Dr Seuss book growing up (also the only one we owned).
