Unfortunately did not enjoy this book as much as I hoped I would. This is the first Evaristo book that I have read and I think I screwed it up for myself. The plot has no faults and was very intreaging, however I did not enjoy the writing style. No matter how easy prose is to read I do not think I will enjoy it in any other form than poetry. This however will not disuede me from reading more of Evaristo's novels.
