Wow. . . I think this was the first point when I ever felt seen and recognized for who I was. As a trans kid, who had never even heard of being trans, just this little bit of recognition, even though the girl isn't even trans, meant the world.

Favorite comfort read. I've lost count how many times I've read it. Interesting magic system. Fantastic characters and story lines.
