What can I say, I am Zelda trash. I loved this volume, though I was sad to find out it was shorter than all the other volumes, by about 20/30 pages. And also Link is a bit of a dumbo in this book. I have no idea how this book holds up to the game, as I never finished playing it (and have gotten rid of my WII since, so I can’t ever finish playing it. Maybe I’ll try and find some gameplay videos on Youtube one day). Anyway, I am super excited to be continuing this series, though I wish I knew how many volumes are still going to come… (Also where’s my Skyward Sword manga adaptation? *taps foot*)

OMG! Se pensavate che Twilight Princess fosse tra i videogiochi più dark e creepy di The Legend of Zelda aspettate di leggere il manga... creepy non riesce nemmeno a descrivere un minimo di quello che è successo in questo volume 😱

Link awakens in the Twilight Realm, in the form of a wolf! Here he meets Midna, and she escorts Link to Hyrule Castle where none other than Princess Zelda bestows a question upon him—if the world is to be saved from the encroaching darkness, Link must recover the shards of the Shadow Crystal. The task will be long and difficult, and Link will need to use new powers he doesn't know he has!

Also... forse è la prima volta che Link non si innamora di Zelda... possibile? XD

Era da un secolo che non leggevo un manga e sì, probabilmente questo è merito del let's play di Poketonx 🤣 (se non lo seguite su Youtube fatelo!). Ne ha parlato talmente tanto che mi ha incuriosita *-*. 

Se sognate un gioco di Zelda in cui Link parli, beh leggete il manga! Perchè sì, Link finalmente parla e vi giuro è la cosa più bella di questa storia <3 okay no, forse non la più bella, ma comunque ci voleva 😜. 

Adoro la storia creata con i videogiochi di The Legend of Zelda. Io non sono un'appassionata di videogiochi, ma in quest'ultimo anno mi sono appassionata a questo e a Kingdom Hearts, soprattutto per la trama. I giochi con una trama intricata a mio parere sono i migliori, forse perchè potrebbero facilmente essere trasportati in un libro fantasy XD. 

Se non conoscete la storia di The Legend of Zelda ve la spiego in due secondi: Link deve salvare la principessa Zelda dal Ganondorf. Ecco, essenzialmente è questo il succo di ogni videogioco (o quasi) sulla serie. Certo, poi ognuno sviluppa la sua trama in particolare, ma se dovessi spiegare cos'è in due parole direi proprio questo. Eh sì shippo un sacco Link e Zelda, dopo questo manga ancora di più, ma chi non lo fa? Anche se la mia versione preferita di Link e Zelda è un'altra di cui se non sbaglio non c'è un manga 🤔.

E niente, ora vado a cercare di recuperare tutti i volumi della Legendary Edition per leggere il manga di Majora's mask 😋

This Manga was such a fun, quick read! I have not played either of these games, so I really enjoyed being able to experience the stories in Manga form (with clarification about any differences between the game and Manga, of course). 

The Minish Cap was such a lovely little adventure, and I absolutely adore the Picori. My husband did clarify that the Manga differed slightly from the game, but overall, I still enjoyed this one a lot and would rate it 5 stars!

The Phantom Hourglass was also incredibly adventurous and entertaining, albeit less cohesive in Manga form than The Minish Cap. I felt as though some of the events had to be rushed or skipped over to fit the story into this format, which made it slightly confusing without having played the game. The pirate adventure feeling of the story itself, however, and the characters, were absolutely fantastic!

Overall, reading this Manga was a delightful experience that has made me want to play both of these games! I would definitely recommend this Manga to any fan of The Legend of Zelda game series.

Oracle of Seasons- 🌟: 5/5
This Manga was so much fun to read! I have been consistently impressed with the way these stories have been adapted into this format, especially considering that I haven't played the corresponding game and still felt like the plot and characters were clearly developed. 
The adventure that took place in this story was a lot of fun, but the stakes were still high enough for me to feel invested in the action. It was a wonderful balance!
Link's personality is always fantastic, and I feel that this Manga got it right. The other characters also felt fleshed out and fun to read about despite the small amount of page time available to them. I even teared up a little near the end because I was so invested in these cute characters!
Overall, Oracle of Seasons (Manga) by Akira Himekawa was a fantastic read! I'm planning to continue on and read the Oracle of Ages section tomorrow!

Oracle of Ages- 🌟:4/5
This section of the Manga was still highly enjoyable, intriguing, and fun to read, but it was less clear and cohesive than the previous story. The characters were loveable, but I didn't find myself particularly attached to them like I was to the characters Oracle of Seasons. The art style, intrigue, and plot were still so much fun, though. This was the perfect read to get my mind off of the election for a few hours!
Without having played the game, I did find the plot a bit confusing and unclear at times throughout this Manga version of the story. The characters did not seem as developed, and I had a harder time getting invested in the story because of that.
Still, this Manga was a fun read when I needed a reprieve, and I'm glad I took the time to read it!
