Saying goodbye to Skywalker Saga for the second time was so hard. Letting go of your childhood heroes, stories, is never easy. I wish they were real so I could give them the biggest thank you hug.
I cried uncontrollably during the movie and I didn’t surprise myself and cried uncontrollably during the novel. It’s so hard to let go.

The novelization really fixed a lot of what I hated and cringed at in the movie. It's still imperfect and has issues but this was well-written and fleshed so much out.
