This installment was way less emotional than the first one but contained the same themes that I love in the Witcher. Geralt walks the line between being a monster and being a man - he’s quick to say how he’s not human but monsters identify some aspect of humanity that hides under his façade. Especially with women and children, Geralt has this no-nonsense attitude toward abusers and people who make genuinely stupid and stubborn decisions.

My first ever foray in to The Witcher. Weird but interesting.
