Really like this book. Finished during #readathon

Blog | Twitter | Instagram “Anything´s possible. Anything at all. Especially when it´s driven by love.” As a lifelong fan of both Doctor Who and fairy tales, I was naturally very intrigued by what was sure to be a fun tangle of both the mythology of the show and classic fairy tales. While I wasn't necessarily wowed by the collection of tales, it was still fun and enjoyable. The overall vibe of each tale is that of the classics: dark, but still light. I loved seeing the tales of our past tangled with these new Time Lord elements. I'm a total sucker for it. I think the biggest part to enjoying these tales is to not take it seriously. Little to no understanding of the mythology behind Doctor Who is required. Overall, it is just a fun collection of childlike stories that will cater to fans of the series as well as do right by the fairy tales it borrows from our beloved stories. I definitely enjoyed myself.
