Something in the Water

Owen discovers there's been a massive spike in respiratory infections across the Britain. Meanwhile, Toshiko and Gwen investigate ghostly apparitions in South Wales and discover a dead body. They return to Torchwood with the corpse for examination. It's old, in an advanced state of decay--and still able to talk.
