Bertrand of Brittany

This historical adventure is set during the Fourteenth Century and concerns Bertrand du Guesclin, also known as Bertrand of Brittany, the awkward and unloved son of a well-to-do family. Bertrand sets out to prove himself, ultimately becoming a Breton knight and French military commander, but it will be many years before he returns to the one girl who showed him any kindness.
