White Knight
Reviews

Holy moly! I DEVOURED this book in one sitting. I simply could not put it down, nor did I want to. We pick up right where we left off in Black Sheep and boy we don't waste any time getting right back into the action. Cannon and Drew are pushed to the limits in this book but they both know no matter what, they are meant to be together. They have such passion and drive for themselves as well as for each other. In this book we see how much both honestly and truly LOVE each other. They would do anything to keep each other safe, happy and of course satisfied ;) I’m honestly constantly surprised when it comes to Meghan March’s books. There are always twists and turns, but every single time I find myself saying out loud “WTF! I never saw that one coming.” Her books never disappoint me and I recommend her to anyone who will listen. If you are looking for a steamy mafia duet for your next read?? Pick these books up! Solid ⭐⭐⭐⭐ read! I received this eARC from the Author in exchange for my honest review.

OMFG!!! This is the best reunion of some of my favorites. Just when I think I have everything figured out, Meghan March hits me with a plot twist that takes the story to another level. READ this duet!!

OMG, Meghan March sure knows how to weave a tale of intrigue and romance. Once again, she has delivered a story that was not only engaging, but also exciting, suspenseful and full of passion. She whetted my appetite with Black Sheep and satisfied my hunger with White Knight. Drew and Cannon may just be my favourite Meghan March couple, and that is saying a lot, because they are all awesome. I enjoyed their interaction with each other, which was sexy and laced with humour. Cannon’s protective nature shined in this installment. The lengths to which he would go to protect those he cared about knew no bounds. Despite his show of strength, his vulnerability revealed itself occasionally. Drew will learn that things are never usually, as they appear. She also discovered shocking truths about herself. I sure never saw that one coming. March provided no warnings before dropping that bombshell. Drew’s conflicting emotions because of the shocking revelation jumped off the pages. White Knight may not have been suspenseful as it predecessor, but it still had the ability to keep me on the edge of my seat as it had some exciting scenes. There were moments when I wondered if Drew’s identity would be revealed, subsequently placing her in danger. There were also moments where I worried about Cannon. Would his love for Drew place him in harm’s way? I loved how the author delved into the world of the Mafia in this installment. I learnt a lot about the Casso family. She highlighted the advantages and disadvantages of being a part of this world. Narration Andi Arndt and Sebastian York collaborated on this recording. My first experience with their work was with Black Sheep, and I thought they did an excellent job then. This time was no different. I thought they captured the tone of the story well and it was a pleasure listening to them both. Conclusion / Recommendation Overall, a great story and one I would recommend to fans of the author, and for readers who love spicy and suspenseful romance.
