           I thought a lot about whether there was anything making this book worth anything less than 5 stars. Couldn't think of something. 

Gary provides the science on what we know so far about the effects of porn in our brain. Then he points out the elephant in the room being the alarming numbers of erectile dysfunction especially amongst young but also older men. He speaks about the hundreds of thusands that quit porn reporting a wide spectrum of benefits including deminishing depression, lack of motivation, concentration issues, social anxiety as well as increased relationship satisfaction.

Easy to read due to its small size and non-convoluted laguage. It it worth mentioning that Gary doesn't seems to be concerned about expressing his personal opinion on the matter but rather let the evidence speak for itself. 

An essential read for anyone who is interned 21st century sexuality, anyone you ever watched porn and of course for anyone that is or have been a heavy user.

Pornography as the new smoking? Maybe or maybe not. I didn't see many new proofs. Quoting people from some forums doesn't make it more true but more boring.
