I’m so disappointed I didn’t enjoy this one. Corrine was just unbearable and I honestly feel like she never changed but everyone treated her like she did.

I really enjoyed this book. I believe that the novel's title fits perfectly; Corrinne is faced with an unfortunate situation, leaving everything that she knows behind to live with grandparents she hardly knows in an off-the-map Texan town. She matures so much during the time in Texas and realizes that home is where the heart is. One thing that didn't fit was the cover. I am in love with the picture, but I don't think that it really portrays what the novel is really about. At first glance, you think it's a love story, when in reality it's not. Yes, there are boys in the novel, but they are not the biggest part of Corrinne's story. Overall, a good read. (:
