3.5,, this one is better than the first but i was not a fan of james’ POV in the slightest. also about 75% of the way through the book i got significantly confused as to what camilla’s illness was that i took a 30 minute break to google what it was because i thought i’d missed something in the book.

This series has so much potential! Sadly, I feel like nobody talks about it online. I will definitely keep an eye out for the sequel because those characters are just everything❤

A brilliant sequel to a fantastic series. I love the writing and the setting, but most of all I love the characters. They’re filled with dry wit and passions and an unpredictability that makes this series so compelling.
