I'm really enjoying this series. I devoured this book in under 24 hours. There's not a dull moment in the story, and all of the characters are super like able. There is no lack of character development or motivation in this series so far. I noted in the last book that the writing in the action sequences wasn't very good, but it definitely improved with this one. I still absolutely love Rowan.

Really, I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because sometimes the writing style seems sort of childlike or immature, which is not an overpowering problem. Occasionally I would cringe when I read a sentence or two, but I could easily look past it as the rest of the story was great.

unfortunately, the second book lost the heat and didn't get the story richness. not sure if i'm gonna read the third part. it wasn't bad, per se. but not the kind of book you'd get crazy about, too.

As most of my readers already know Trial By Fire, the starting point of the Worldwalkers series, was one of my favorite 2014 releases. It was full of everything that makes a fantasy novel good and captivating. Needless to say, I was excited to see the expansion of the planned-trilogy with this years release in Firewalker.

(I’ve been waiting to just throw my money at Josephine Angelini. JUST. TAKE. IT. ALL!)

For me, my reasoning for checking it out to begin with was simple: I am, and always will be, attracted to stories that center around witchcraft. But what made my attention never stray was that Trial By Fire was smart, fast paced, romantic and the world created was just breathtaking and mysterious.

It was a magical read in more ways than one.

Fortunately for readers, Firewalker was all that and more. And for readers looking for more action packed sequences than the last, you’re in luck! In place were the mystery, the fantasy, the power and the romance. Josephine simply builds onto what we already know with changes, heartbreak and new mysteries and memories.

Non al livello del primo, non dico che soffre della sindrome da seguito, ma l'inizio è stato un po' lento. 
Succede di tutto, sappiatelo e siate preparati a tutto, sí anche alle cose più brutte ed angoscianti. Rowan è sempre il migliore ❤️ Lily me le ha fatte girare un pochino, io sarei stata sincera con lui che okay che la sincerità non paga, ma almeno certe grane me le evitavo ;) i nuovi personaggi sono tutti molto simpatici, li adorerete :D 
Il finale col cliffhanger non poteva mancare (OVVIAMENTE!!!!!) >.< non posso pensare che il prossimo sarà l'ultimo, non voglio che finisca :(
