This book started off a bit rough for me, but there was a point in the middle where Emma talks to her sister that really resonated with me. I still think the romance was unnecessary, but I really enjoyed the more meaningful conversations that Emma has with her family and with Peter.

I understand what it is like to lose someone you never knew, and how it can effect you anyway, and I think the author depicts it accurately.

Hmmm, I don't know about this one. I mean, after reading it, I'm not entirely sure I know what happened. 

I like the idea of a roadtrip, although it's much overused, and the added factors of parents and problems, but I just didn't feel this book was particularly great in terms of reaching an endpoint. It was good, but the amount of metaphors drove me crazy.

Emma Healy has grown used to being the only ordinary one in her rather extraordinary family. But when she finds a birth certificate for a twin brother she never knew she had, along with a death certificate dated just two days later, she realizes why she never felt quite whole. She sets off on a trip to visit her brother’s grave. Peter Finnegan, her neighbor, comes along for the ride. Emma thinks they can’t possibly have anything in common, but with each passing mile, they find themselves learning more and more about themselves and each other.

I fell in love with The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight. I knew I had to read this one. It was cute. But I wanted more.
