the way xavier truly loves and understands sloane as a person like he noticed that when she's anxious she would constantly tap her pen. like he just gets her!! sloane feeling safe enough with xavier to break down her defenses which btw learning about why she has these emotional walls was INSANE also this book is the perfect example of how the couple makes each other better, especially sloane for xavier

King of Sloth took me forever to get through, and it ended up being my least favorite Ana Huang book. The story felt too slow, and while it wasn’t terrible, it just didn’t capture my interest like her other works. Disappointing, but I’m hopeful the next one will be better.

Oh how I love Ana Huang. Another edition to the King of Sin series and was just as amazing as the others. I really love Xavier and Sloane and their stories and then their arc as a couple. It was a lot of fun to read. I do really love a reverse grumpy sunshine and this books is one of the biggest reasons why because the banter is always top tier! I’m so excited for King of Envy because of the little bit of teaser we got so I will be (im)patiently waiting for it to release.

I really liked this book waited a while for it to come out and had exams which interrupted a bit but omg the story is so good and enemies to lovers and forced proximity love Xavier and Sloane.

It was super sweet, and fun but for me personally the end was a bit bland. Like I get it and how it works with the plot but I would have liked something more :)

the one with the most plot so far in my opinion, this one is definitely one of my favorites, i love slone’s character and personality so much probably because i’m a little like her in many aspects and xavier’s personality balanced slone’s so good that it was delicious to see them interact, from the very first chapter i knew they’d make the perfect couple.
