I wish I read Continuous Discovery Habits years back, when I started working on products, as it would have given me structure when it was lacking. 

The best book I’ve listened to about product from the best product thinker I’ve come across. A must listen for anyone who works in or on product.

“Continuous Discovery Habits” by Teresa Torres is perhaps one of the best books on product development that I have read so far. She provides very simple, practical, and easy-to-grasp concepts and even examples. Her framework is also spot on. However, since it took me time to read this, I suggest you take good notes, as you go through each "process" that she will share. The methodology she used, and the advice that she will give are going to be useful. So in the end, she asks, "Is this book going to be useful for my company?" That remains to be seen. I will read this again.

An interesting book to understand how to improve the discovery culture in your company. I think that the most valuable idea is about the Opportunity Solution Tree which I use extensively nowadays at work, but you could skip the book and read only about that in the author's blog.

As a write this, I have a google docs opened listing all the juicy bits of the book.
I'm so happy I ran into CDH; it is a didactic, useful and clear book I can start putting into practice straight away. As a product manager, I have a toolset of frameworks I use depending on the challenge I face, the beauty of this book is the clarity, clear thought processes and the idea that our role is to mitigate risk and not create a 10/10 solution (that's what we always aim for, but not always achieve). 
I would recommend this book to any new or sr product manager. Teresa is a lighthouse helpings us all navigate this difficult craft

The book gives you a great toolset and illustrates well with real examples how to use them.
