A very nice read about running and what it means to do things that cause purposeful pain. I particularly enjoyed that Finn is a decent runner already, which made his discussions of the more elite runners all the more compelling. Overall, I enjoyed reading about his adventures, and I would recommend this book to others interesting in ultra running.
