I loved flipping through this book and I wish someone would make me every single recipe. It's a good flipping kind of cookbook - just like Ottolenghi's previous book Plenty which I own and have never made a single damn thing from. But a girl can drool. 4 stars because even though the recipes & ingredients are too fussy for me to give it a go, it's hella inspirational. Pass. It went back to the library.
