I should’ve seen this coming from a mile away. What a freaking cliffhanger! First, let me start off by saying the creeps this book gave me were unreal. I mean I was getting chills like every other page. You’re completely in the dark with everything and I definitely said out loud “What the heck is going on here?!” about a million times. This book really sucked me in and can easily be finished in one sitting! This gothic and reverse harem romance will knock you on your butt. It’s such a solid start to this brand new series and I can’t wait to see where things go. I mean the world that she’s created here feels like nothing she’s ever written, it’s quite unique. I have so many questions going through my mind, and I simply can’t wait to get my hands on book two. September seriously can’t come soon enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐💫 (4.5)

poppet First of all… Amo… what did I just read?! What… is… happening… is it September 1st yet?! I couldn’t put this down, quick read. And also, you’re wondering wth the whole time. I was confused and lost (in the best way.. even though it probably doesn’t sound like it) but yeah.. you should read this

In true Amo Jones fashion, this book is a mindf*ck. I'm still grasping for clues, wondering what I just read! I mean, I do have theories on some things, but others, I'm entirely lost; I need Phantom Crush asap!

Shiloh's life is every seventeen-year-old's dream. The beach at her fingertips, a best friend she can count on, a guy to have fun with without commitments, a mom she loves and adores, a small town ready for the taking. She wasn't expecting her past to come back in the form of Dion Quinn, a musician who's also the foe. And with him came Sparrow, a billionaire who's the ruse, and Malyk, a serial killer who's the weapon.

They bring with them The Game, one that no one is sure what the rules are but are all too willing and eager to play. Shiloh falls into their trap, but they keep forgetting that she is the best liar of them all.

It all started with a game. The kind of trickery that poisons your heart because it knows the mind is weak.

As this is RH, we get one hot group scene that had me highlighting way too many things. I'm so looking forward to all the spice the sequel will bring! All of these characters had me second-guessing absolutely EVERYTHING!

Despite this being a wild ride—that's a compliment—I did feel like things were off. I still can't put my finger on it, but I just know something about the story wasn't clicking for me. It also felt like it wasn't Amo's usual writing style, so that threw me off a little. I'm still so looking forward to Phantom Crush, though!

Overall, with Boneyard Tides, expect the unexpected. Even if you think you know, you don't. It's twisted, it's gothic, it sends you down a rabbit-hole. I ended up with more questions than answers, because of course, Amo Jones loves to make us to question our mere existence.
