Gilded Rose

What a unique spin on Beauty and the Beast! I loved Amicia and Alexandre. Hamm did a beautiful job of crafting this enemies to lovers tale with her own special spin the classic tale. Gilded Rose does have darker themes to it. But it’s still lovey. The Chateau is enchanting, the Dread carry great mystery, the King is a beast for sure, but seeing how Amicia reminds him of his humanity is nothing short of splendid. I enjoyed this page turner and definitely recommend it to any fan of romance.
