3 stars. buddy read This book in the series was a definite slow burn and riddled with side plots. It took me a bit longer to finish it because of these reasons but the ending redeemed everything. You don't want to skip this book by any means because there are a few major events. It just isn't filled with the normal dialogue like in the other books.
