The One Minute Manager Anniversary Ed The World's Most Popular Management Method
Reviews

TLDR: Make sure everyone knows the goal, then give them constant, quick & specific feedback. The book is shallow and brief. Some people might like it because of that. It's about one minute goal setting (concise goals made visible), one minute praise and one minute reprimands. Critique: the book doesn't talk enough about empowerment of team members; instead the manager is perceived as an absent foreman, rather than a leader or coach.

There was some useful information in here, but the way it was written was so hard to get through that it made it difficult to focus on anything of interest. I also feel like a lot of the information in here is just... painfully obvious. If you have been a manager, or have ever had a manager, then you probably already know the vast majority of what’s in here
