I have never read Virginia Woolf before this. I chose to read one of her books as part of a book challenge prompt "Famous Author You’ve Avoided." I first tried to read 'A Room of One's Own' on Kindle, and couldn't get very far before DNFing it because it was too stream of consciousness, and the formatting was terrible to the point I didn't know what was going on. From there, I searched for the shortest book of hers I could find to replace it, and found Monday or Tuesday. I powered through, but I have no idea what this book was about, other than six or seven short stories, that are all jumbled. I now know I'm not a fan of Woolf's style, and will not read her in the future.

"The Society" is a four-star short story in what's more of a two-star collection.
