To me, this book covers lots of concepts in Zen practice. Each one is also told and described with a practical stories that made me self-consider myself. Besides, a new way of thinking about the awareness of suffering (life and death, family, love, etc.) is also introduced. Finally, a deeper understanding of "being present" is provided to describe how to actually live, enjoy even unexpected things outside my hand, and escape from being an "everyone" to forget what we truly want when coming to this world. It's worth to re-read later.
