beware of possible spoilers ok so this book- i died 236 times and revived from all of them. the way i would describe this book would be like two persons; from a different yet same world. they're like two controllers trying to control each other and as they say; only one 'wins'. they're both seeking for more power and control through their ambitious personalities as reach for their cravings. this book is DARK and SPICY. no such thing as boring here. the dark themes may not be for everybody since it involves a lot of blood and massacres. the plot is twisted in sickness and that gives this book its uniqueness bet the authors completely loved giving us that sense of mystery since the question "what happened to..." keeps replaying while i read. that is def a nice touch to it bc i wont ever forget this book. the ending--- that had me dead. literally. like damn😭 big twist there bc i honestly didnt expect it at all. i loved the writing style and that we got povs from both characters, i got to see their thoughts and like that i slowly came up with my own theories. (i sort of predicted the end). overall, 5/5.
