Eyes on Me

Eyes on Me

He's a voyeur--it means he likes to watch. In Garrett Porter's line of work, that's a gift. As one of the owners of the Salacious Players' Club, he's comfortable on the sidelines and has always felt that he works best alone. Until he stumbles on a cam girl app and finds himself watching the one person he should stay far away from: his step-sister, Mia Harris. There are three big problems with this. One, Mia and Garrett can't stand each other. Two, she has no idea he's the man on the other end of the video. And three, he's hooked--on the app, and on her. Now Mia has awakened something in Garrett. She has him wanting and doing things he said he'd never do again, like opening up and getting attached. He's falling for her, but she's falling for the man he's only pretending to be. If he's going to make this right, he has to do more than just watch.

These are crazy books as usual. I have never read this trope before or if I had I blocked it out possibly😂 These books are not for everyone and you honestly just have to go into these for the vibe that you’ll get. They are spicy with minimal plot. I mean they own a séx club what would you expect this to be a Pulitzer Prize novel? No, you go into expecting to have a good and interesting time and honestly that what I I had. It wasn’t too heavy, I like the focus on the MMC’s mental health because of the stigma that is out there for it. So I liked the representation of that on the book. But this is an interesting book that gives you interesting concepts for each one. Will I be continuing? Yep, because these are the perfect books to read to just read and not have to worry about anything else.

This was a really good book. I’m starting to very much love forbidden romances. I love love love the mental health awareness and representation in this book. I do particularly hate the texting-as-someone-else trope but it’s okay. Garrett was a great book boyfriend, his spice was immaculate. And I loveeeeee Mia. Her confidence is as so strong and just great to read, I love that there was no shame in her work and she enjoyed and continued doing it because she loved it. I also enjoyed how their parents were accepting, that was nice. I’m not sure if this book was better than the first, I think it’s on par in my eyes, but I looove the kinks. Great great read. Also, about Ronan, I have lost my appeal because I can’t tell if he’s old or not, still hot but “silver haired stud” or whatever Mia said made me cringe about his age. Idk but still love him just less haha
