I can't believe I've never reread Beka's books before. MYSTERY NOVELS ARE MY FAVORITE ❤️ tbh this book is even better the second time around and, like Beka, I also want to be Clary Goodwin when I grow up.

I love the way this book was told through journals entries... it was a very long drawn out story and i got lost at points but i really liked the main character

I am trying to give a review of all the books I read. Sometimes I fail, but I will still give it a try. This is the most recent book I have read. Re- read actually. I read it when I was a kid, and I loved it. Now I don't know why! It did not live up to my memorie, and I honestly think it was bad written. It took to long to get to the point, Bekka is moody like hell (understandable, she's a teenager, but still) and she sometimes annoys me. I read that someone liked her cat more than the rest of the characters, and I have to agree with that.
