This graphic novel was everything! It was cute and had excellent pacing. Plus 2 sapphic main characters!! The plot was interesting and creative. It was executed very well and left me wanting more. The art style was incredibly beautiful and really added to the story with all the details. This book is perfect for middle grade. or really any readers, who want to start getting into spooky books and enjoy graphic novels. I loved the friendship between these characters, it felt realistic and not forced for the sake of the story. The relationship between Vicky and Izzy was adorable and the story didn’t revolve solely around their relationship. It felt natural. This book features the following representation: Latina lesbian main character, sapphic love interest, Korean American side character, and disabled side character.
